I’m Ajeet Yadav, a passionate food explorer, chef, and experimenter. My journey with food started with a Multi-Cuisine Course from IHM Pusa, one of India’s top hospitality institutes. To sharpen my skills, I interned at Shangri-La, a 5-star luxury hotel in Delhi, where I learned the art of fine dining, precision cooking, and the discipline of a professional kitchen.
But for me, food is more than just cooking—it’s a lifelong experiment. I travel to explore flavors, read to understand culinary traditions, cook to test new ideas, and share my experiences with others. Ajeet Foods is my space to experiment, create, and teach while learning along the way. From street food to gourmet recipes, every dish is a discovery, and I invite you to be a part of this journey!
